We're Here
Just a post to say that we've arrived in Mongolia. We don't have an Internet connection at our apartment, yet. When we get one, we will be posting some backdated stuff that was written enroute, as well as some photos.
We miss you all. Thanks for holding the ropes!

Hey guys!
Miss you....glad to hear you made it. I look forward to reading the posts to come. I asked Jonathan....but I'll ask you too...seen any Yaks? Cooler there Renee?=) Talk to you soon!
Still no Internet ... hopefully next week. But ... Yaks? Absolutely! Along with tons of sheep, horses, cows, goats ... and a camel! We're not in Kansas anymore! And it is cooler... much. Thanks!
Bernie it's good to know you've arrived safely and to read of your experiences at Wheaton (which Norman and I visited a couple of years ago) I tracked you down via your previous church blog having missed seeing you for so long on the forum.
May you be truly blessed and a blessing in your new ministry.
love
Norma
Hi Coach Bernie!! I had to write after viewing your pictures. The countryside looks beautiful, especially the horses crossing the road. We sure will miss you coaching soccer this fall. Madison has just made the Volleyball team at Brentwood Middle School. But, I'm sure we will be playing soccer as well. I'm glad you and you're family have made the trip safely to Mongolia. Tell Corey we miss her and I enjoyed her and Jonathan's pictures too. Know that you and your family are in our prays. Thanks for being the brave and adventurous souls that you are and I hope you and your family accomplish all that you hope to on your journey while in Mongolia. -Terri Herrud
